Konsolenkost is a, I suppose, pretty well known seller on eBay.de and good for domestic games. Ordered from them before, at least in Germany they have (usually) free shipping, they're quick to send items out too. I feel like they're on the expensive side for some things, tho, like systems in particular. Nippotopia I also got some stuff from before, including my Japanese Saturn which they got for me after I mailed them, asking how much a loose system with one controller, shipping, etc. would be. In fact, the first system they wanted to send out was broken, so in addition to a working Saturn w/ controller, I got a second, free controller as consolation. That said, that was two or so years ago, when they still had mostly Buy-it-now articles and the descriptions were bilingual (German and English) - I had since mailed them asking about something else, but IIRC never even got a reply...
In my opinion the best eBay store is this, communication is great, I am Spanish and the Spanish guy working shop so I can speak my language with, but certainly also fluent in English. The prices are very good, also almost always have the option to improve the offer.
