I remember when we had to use rubber bands and rulers: http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2007/12/14/wireless_usb_missile_launcher/ Now, to just pair that with a motion sensor and you can have a pretty nice perimeter defense system... :rambo:
I PLAYED WITH ONE OF THOSE LAST NIGHT! lol I went shopping at microcenter and they had one set up, the thing is awsome and shoots with far more pressure then you would think. Also there is a little targeting interface window on your desktop to aim it and to fire it remotely lol. They also have a little mini fridge powered by USB. Its got a cooling pad in the bottem and is just big enough to hold a single can of cola
I'd want to rig one of those up to a webcam, and have it in true terminator style fire at selected targets!
We had the ultimate office game in my old office: Wall Ball. As it was Japan, it featured a room about 4.5 mats. It had a table in chairs in it. Other than that, there was almost no space. Concept: The game consists of two players (although 2 on 2 matches ensued on Fridays). Each player sits at the end (long ways) of the table with their feet ON the table. The object is to hit the other player with the ball, but it must bounce off of at least one inanimate object other than the floor (table, chair, wall, ceiling) before hitting the player. The player can than catch the ball before it hits anything other than the floor to avoid losing a point. It was so much better than office warfare (which we participated in as well) b/c you could completely take head shots at your boss w/o risk of getting fired. We stopped shooting rubber bands at each other once we started playing the game.
