THE game to buy right now?

Hi Guys...
I am going to buy a game to play for the next few evenings...
im thinking Mercenaries(xbox) or MGS3.... which one?

both sound pretty good.

Maybe MGS3 first if your a big MGS fan. If not mercenaries is a good call.

If you have an xbox (not sure if there is a ps2 version). I would go with Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 insted.

Star Wars: Republic Commando, on the Xbox is rather nice

Apart from some irritating parts (Mostly protecting Ashely >_<) it is awesome.

 

I played Mercenaries on the PS2 and i loved it!

My top 5 list to buy now is (now means buy all in the next 40 days):

- Gran Turismo 4 (USA version)
- Mercenaries
- Metal Gear Solid 3
- Ace Combat 5
- Tekken 5

And i would add Brothers in Arms: Road to Hill 30 as soon as the PS2 port gets released.

 

I cast mine vote for RE4 as well - it's the most enjoyable game to have come out for some time now.

 

Definitely go for Mercenaries. I can't believe what a surprise sleeper hit that one turned out to be! Simply awesome!

 

GTA San Andreas

 

Is that the same Mercenaries whose sole claim to being "good" is destructable scenery?

 

Well, that and the fact that you can drive just about any vehicle in the game along with the unique bounty hunter/mercenary aspect. It's quite good.

 

I'm still playing metroid prime...damn classes..

 

If you liked Wild Arms, I would wait for Wild arms alter code F.

The other game I want is Timesplitters: Future perfect.

 

Street Fighter the movie the Fighting game..THat is so awsome.....

Still playing it for my saturn.

Oh and Fifa Street and Burn out 3 are awsome..

Its just like a military version of GTA, with destructable environments. I have leveled all sorts of buildings with the RPG launcher. Its fun, though, but somewhat dumb at parts. Honking your car horn blows your cover. Like no one in Russia uses thier car horn. All I can say is...Bullshit.
