And I thought 2017 hurt my wallet. Mega man 11 and a shit ton of collections. A New Street Fighter collection containing everything until SFIV. Soul Calibur VI, Dragon Ball FighterZ, Final Fantasy Dissida NT, A Switch rerelease of Bayonetta 2, Yakuza 6, Spiderman on PS4, God Of War, Blazblue X Tag Battle. Then there are a few smaller off the radar games I have my eye on. Blade Strangers a fighter on Switch/PS4 with simplified inputs that has Cave story and Code of Princess characters or something and The Longest 5 minutes an RPG that starts you at the final boss and your character has no idea why. whew....2018 is going to bankrupt me. Then there's the matter of which platform for a few games. the ones that are on both PS4 and Switch... I very well can't get both Versions of the SF 30th anniversary collection and Mega Man 11... riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight (I totally will)
Yeah, it's going to be something. On the Nintendo side, there's going to be a Kirby game, a Yoshi game, potentially Fire Emblem on Switch, Project Octopath Traveler, and many other announcements we're surely going to get. It's going to be a major year for sure.
