Ooh! Aah! Request!!

So... what happened to The Grinder? High Voltage is keeping awfully quiet about this game, Sega doesn't seem eager to publish another game for them.

On their website it STILL doesn't have any confirmation of release.
(By now, one would've thought it to get a Wii-U release confirmation.)

I once tried to register on the Grinder forum to gather more info on this game, but when trying to log in, the forum seems to hang. Dead?

So, as The Grinder is labelled as 'Unreleased Demo' on the official site, I was wondering if anybody has gotten their hands on this.
Has it been distributed to reviewers/magazines?

 

I hope this gets released soon i really want one last fps game worth playing on the Wii !

 

I've got a bad feeling about this.

 

Must admit I've also been waiting for this game to come out since they made the claim that they could achieve near next-gen graphics with the Flipper GPU. But then they missed the release date then issued the reason being they couldn't get a publisher, I'm not convinced they're going to release it at all. So it's more of a teeth grinder XD

 

I finally got a reply to my MARCH 16th 2012 mail!
(I recall having sent them a second mail somewhere in october.)

That's not an answer I expected, let alone the kind I was hoping for... :/
At least they replied... which could mean they're trying to get their act together.

On the 1st of January I received this mail.

I already forgot I requested this, and it seems like a joke... that many years later!?

 

It's on iOS & Android. The project has been moved to Grindr.com
