The Legend of Zelda - Ocarina of Time - HK version

Can anybody tell me what's the difference if any for this version ? Does it have any value at all of the other Hong Kong Nintendo 64 version of games ?

 

I have this, it works on my Jap N64 but it has English text in game. As far as I know, that is the only difference.
