This is pretty amazing. It must have cost MS a lot of money to refine the XB360 like this - which means they intend to maintain the console for a long time.
Yeah the estimates says 2012...........for the next revision! An actual new console would come maybe after 2015, so if some people complain that the X360's graphics already look old they better start saving for a gaming PC now.
it looks like MS took the lazy way out and used a USB interface for the wifi witch is great because people can just upgrade with really good 3rd party wifi card or even GSM or CDMA Internet :dance:
the current 360 supports external USB wifi cards and there are 3rd party 802.11 N cards for the 360 so its a possibility if nothing else then with a modchip maybe we will get lucky and GSM and CDMA Internet cards will work too
