I know, I'm sick. My wife is trying to stick Hello Kitty stickers on it. The inside this time is a much tighter job. I soldered straight to the terminal on the button, so didn't have to bend anything.

  3. I dunno, I find it pretty cool looking - especially combined with the sexy white PS2. And using it to play ESPGaluda? The ultimate in style.

  4. ...The telly standing on it's end looks clever :)

I myself would love one of these. Great mod, GJP.

What gets me, in that picture, is that the dreamcast is Black and the PS2 is White. It borders on visual irony.

Yeah, I try to keep myself on my toes by screwing up the colors of everything. :)

That would go nice with my DC. To bad you made it for the PS2. If you wouldn't mind making another one, PM me and we might be able to work something out ;-)

At one point I might have an extra blue one. I bought 3 sets of parts, and don't need them all. The idea is that I would need some practice, which I did, b/c I melted like two bases already!

EDIT: I do have a DC one. I only swapped the stick w/ a Sanwa. The buttons are the same. I have a PS->DC converter, so won't be using it. Could let it go for $60. Minding you the stick and harness alone cost almost $30... not to mention the hour or two of elbow greese you have to put it. It's a rather "physical" mod.
