I like it, good job Apple. Too bad when you add a Keyboard/Airport, 768Mb more RAM etc it costs $1300, $800 more than the actual computer!

Edit: My friend just saw it in MacWorld w/ Robin Williams and is buying one this week :0

Hey, did I mention my shed of LC's, LCII's, LCIIx's (about 13 total) and, the epitome, a Centris with PPC upgrade card :smt033

Though I would love to have a Newton :drinkers:

What a strange bit of kit, it looks like a decent front-room multimedia centre, but it only has DVI out the back. Still a sexy looking machine.

It was just something i saw on the web but if we are getting into this then i cant help but feel that its abit of a crap idea. One its got no screen. Now if you have a gig of music you want to be able to find songs...

Come on you walk into a room and you say to your mate... man this band i found last night great music... omg u got to listen...

oh wait give me 10mins to go try and find the track....

Also im pretty sure u can find a gig player for cheaper. Lastly if you must have apple the mini at 4gig is only £80 more and the 20 gig is £120 more.

And this 12 hour battery life sounds abit iffy specialy with them already selling a additional battery pack.

O and remember you just paid for something without reading a review or anything ...

Granted its apple and its bound to be nice...

Well i did check prices, and most 1gb players are round £100 point. and hey, its apple, i very much doubt it will be crap...however I do agree it shoudl have a "now playing" screen. But I'm still excited about it!
