So I'm out doing some last minute Christmas Shopping there's this nice used/vintage game stop near the best buy (A place called button mashers) we were at. We intended to go there but not only sped past it but almost ran a cop over in the process...he's fine we're fine nothing came of it. My intended purchase there was a Saturn, No Saturn so I ended up at the comic shop I frequently tell you all about, the Toy Vault. What did I end up with? Xenogears (And Test Drive Lemans and Sega Smash pack 1) Intended to get a saturn ended up with one of the best RPGs ever made. So when have you gone into a vintage game store or just picked around online and got something you did not intend to get. Oh...Xenogears was more than the Saturn would have been.
When I originally bought my Dreamcast, the game I was most interested in buying was DOA2. That was one of the main reasons I wanted a DC in the first place. But at the same time I was looking at games, I saw Shenmue, and I thought, "Hm... I've heard some good (vague) things about this. Maybe I should give it a try." As it turns out, it became one of my favorite games of all time.
ohreallywellimjustgoingtotypelikethiswheneverspeakingtoyoujusttospiteyouandyour languagenaziways and I fixed it damn you
There's nothing Nazi about it to ask an adult not to write like a 13yr old who's typing during a round of counter-strike. Stop or I'll invade you.
Shit, why its so difficult for some people to not buy shit they dont need? No wonder why china owns our ass... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQ9AC7GH9Sc
Yeah... it's one thing to criticize someone's writing because it's technically incorrect. It's another thing when it's actually difficult to understand what the person is saying. That's not being a grammar nazi; that's just trying to communicate. Anyway, this is far from GoH's worst offense in that regard.
Nothing crazy special, but I did go to the flea market to visit my favorite vendor and pick up... I think it was a couple Saturn games or something that I didn't have money for the day earlier. And sitting in the case with all the other junk is a copy of Earthbound. $15 bucks. Boioioioing. The German and has better typing habits than you.
$15 Earthbound is quite a find considering how insanely high it goes for lately. also I can't see shit this is pretty much how I see things lately So I'm sure you can forgive a few typos. I need new glasses.
too much self pleasure, I think  Anyway, back on topic. I've not really gone out to buy something and bought something else but I do often end up buying stuff from Hard Off when I originally just went to have a look around. Yakumo
I do hope Button Mashers still has that Saturn. There's a good 99% chance I'll give up on Modern gaming after this generation and only play the classics.
Yeah Fuck Atari the Intellivision and Colleco are where it's at...but then I need a really awesome 1980s Sharp TV
