Just take a look at some of these really interesting mods and yes they do actually do something !! USB cart Clock Cart Windows 2000 for SFC SFC PC you can learn more about it over at this site http://pcmania.jp/~ringo/1.html but it's in japanese Never mind though because you could always use those dodgy online translators. ... Is this a WIN2K box in a SFC Case with SFC peripherals adapted to its needs, but that can also play SFC games via emulation? Or am I like... very not understanding of this? Holy shit....if it is, it'd be like... useless to get an Xbox now - you know, it's only useful to emulate older consoles... This is one of the coolest mods ever, whatever it actually does.
I've fixed the pictures now. From what I can tell (Haven't really read it yet) it's a PC inside a SFC shell that can play games from Emulation with each cart being sort of like a PCI card. I should read it to be honest but I'm too lazy. Yakumo
I never said anything about it being a clock as in time clock I've been out of the UK too long. I should have said readout Yakumo
That guy's crazy. Is there actually stuff inside that "Windows 2000" cart? A hard disk or something? And he must have the biggest VCRs in the world - look at the size of them! (they're under his TV)
wow! that's really too cool! but i don't get it; how can he plug an usb interface under windows 2000?
That video he has is one of those old dubbing types. You know, the one that can copy from one tape to the other. And they wonder why pirate videos were so common :-D Yakumo
yeah, but win2k is on cartrige (??), as well as the usb ports. So to plug the usb cartrige, he needs to pop the win2k one out, correct me if i missunderstood.
Nah win 2k aint on the cartrige. Its some usb thing in there. http://img244.echo.cx/img244/5738/naka2pp.jpg IN this picture... see the big IDE cable goint from the bottom to the top case. And that red strip just above the cartrige slot. Thats the HD... Better picture of it... http://pcmania.jp/~ringo/img/k1.jpg
Blimey, kinda puts the 'super' into 'super famicon'... ...Guess we need to rename standard ones to 'not-so-super famicoms'
