Goto80, Bitshifter, Aonami, DJ Scotch Egg. Really, though, anything from 8bitpeoples is likely to be worth a listen, and it's all free.

If we get over into xm/mod territory, then Dubmood and JosSs.

Me and a mate listened to some Pretty Hate Machine last night and I enjoyed it a lot more than I remember enjoying it in the past. NIN always did sound better drunk, though.

Also the new Metallica album, which has the worst production of any major-label studio album I've ever heard. Every part of the sound is flat and tinny. How the fuck could that happen? You're the biggest band in metal history, get yourself a sound engineer who isn't deaf. That aside, it sounded better than St Anger, which is to say it isn't a cringe-inducing embarrassment. If they release a version of the CD that isn't completely fucked I might consider buying it and finding out whether I actually like it or not.

Yeah, some people call PHM dated, but I love it, especially Down In It. I wish NIN still sounded sort of like that, now I can barely tell the songs apart, but The Slip was pretty good. I'm not huge on that kind of music but I do like some of it.

I've been listening to a lot of Sikth lately. They're not quite math-metal but they're so much better than metalcore.

Ill listen to anything as long as its not country music or Yoko Ono, but I mostly listen to techno/electronic and classic rock. I also have quite a bit of 8-bit music. :020:
