I just finished disc one of the first season of Pokémon. I also bought a couple dvds today from the Hollywood video that's going under. UHF - Weird Al at his best. Young Frankenstein - been meaning to get this one for a while... American Movie - So... Great... Love this movie.
Cool! I started watching Pokemon Chronicles last night, and my cousin brought me Pokemon seasons 5 to 9 plus all the movies I hadn't watched yet. (Somehow I feel K-Panggg is gonna hit me for this :noooo Yesterday I saw Superbad and Zombieland, both fun overall.
Nice. Pokémon is so awesome. If there weren't a million Pokémon cards these days I might be tempted to start collecting those again.
Yup, I used to play the TCG too, but then when I turned to Magic TG I sold most of my Pokemon cards and won't start playing again for that same reason, kinda the same reason why I don't want to get back into Magic as well, there are now too many editions and too much stuff OH:
Started watching Dirty Work last night. Has some really funny parts but I fell asleep. I tend to do that when starting movies at the wee hours of the night.
Watching the film "The Jacket". Such a good film even though its not well known or popular and parts of it were shot not that far from where i live in the now abandoned "Bangour Village Hospital"
I watched "The Last Picture Show" last night. Really good. Young Jeff Bridges is as good of an actor then as he is now.
I just finished watching the Russian film "Tale of Tales", it's a short film (only 30 minutes long) but it doesn't have a regular narrative, the different characters and events are connected together using different common elements, like fruit, trains, etc. If you have some time give it a watch, after all it was chosen the best animated film of all time in 1984 and 2002.
Lost S06E09 Big Bang Theory S03E18 3 Women (1977) The 39 Steps (1935) And then two films that I disliked A LOT when I first watched them. But well, I've discussed this in detail with two friends and I couldn't pursuade them - so I decided to give it another try, just to see if first impression was correct or if it was influenced by moods or whatever ^_^: Inglourious Basterds Death Proof We'll see... fact is, I like Vanishing Point and the 1978 I.B. a lot, so chances are that I will still hate the newly inspired Tarantino versions. :O Yesterday: Star Wars: The Revenge of the Sith (1st time! High hopes I had... and they were met! =))
I watched "Pirate Radio" last night. The movie was meh, but the music was rockin'! I have been listening to the soundtrack for the last couple months and finally decided to watch the movie.
