Thermal Pad/s Thickness/es Used in Dremcast?

Hi. I'd like to replace the different thermal pads (it's dry and has crumbled after 15 years I suppose.- not replacing them, I believe, overheated the GD-ROM's chip before twice on my other PAL Dreamcast) on my working Dremcasts. How thick are the thermal pads (is it just one thickness or different thickness are used all over the Dreamcast?). Thank you. It's only now I have time for the retro consoles (been busy at work, it's a good way to relax repairing, cleaning the retro consoles one after another).

If you have a suggested brand (hopefully it's available where I am) and type, that would be welcome.
