think I blew up my Gameboy- what to look for?

    I was trying to restore my clear Play It Loud GB (the original fat one) to play with EDGB but I think something went wrong. When I turned it on, the red light flickered for a bit, then Nintendo logo started sliding down but with lots of garbage in the background that is normally blank. Then it just shut off. It won't come back on with good game or with no game. The battery's good.

    that s weird, have u tried to power up with adaptor?
