well... i made a deal with koolkid13 for headhenter quite some time ago.

his excuse for not sending it was 'buisy with school', so i tried to give him some time. now, 3 months later, im asking for my money back and gettin no responce. i figgured he might not be online temporarly, but i just noticed he posted reciently. i tried to file a claim with paypal but it 'dosnt meet there criteria'. fuck.

anything else i can try doing? or should i accept the fact that im screwed?
