Ok, I found some results. It says it don't take zipped roms, but you can trim them. I guess I'll do that.

Also never buy those carts that have a year in the name since iirc they have a time bomb so they stop working after a year or so. No idea if that's true but yea.
Good thing you told me that. I seen that some sites do sell cards that expire. How do I know if the ones citrus linked expires or not? He said he got one from there, that means it still works but I don't know when he got it. I was really looking forward to getting one from that site cause I finished searching and knew what I want. I googled http://nds-card.com/ r4 expire and got no results saying that their cards expire.

Well, early next month I believe I'll order the R4. I was looking up Micro SD cards on ebay with free shipping and I found some 8 gb ones. I couldn't believe the savings. If I got 2 8 gb micro sd cards with free shipping I can save 15 dollars than if I got them from that company. And they'd ship from the US to boot.
Well, I ordered teh R4's now and they have been shipped. Be a week or so before they get here. Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
