I bet you could get a Sony PVM in Brazil. It's probably harder than it is in the States, but I bet it can be done. The shipping from the US would be absurd, but there were probably some produced in Brazil. Plus there's always the XRGB-3, if you've got some cash.
I dont think the DC counts as retro console, it's more or less from the previous generation, and the saturn was just 2 gens ago! I think its Genesis/SNES and before whats considered retro And you can't get a Saturn? didnt tectoy build those in Brazil?
I consider anything not being manufactured anymore as retro. But that's me. Yes it's fairly easy to get a Tectoy Saturn, but i always liked the gray japanese saturn more. Plus the Japanese logo is way better than the western one. Personal opinion though. Anyway, what about these S-Video to VGA signal converters? Would the image quality look decent at least? I looked for Scart to Component but i think they would be more expensive. http://www.dinodirect.com/video-signal-converter-vga-camera-dvd-tv-501a.html http://www.svideo.com/video2vga.html http://intrl.startech.com/AV/Conver...Video-Games-on-your-Computer-Monitor~COMP2VGA
If you have an old CRT with component input, get an SCART to Component adapter, it looks as good as RGB.
