http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000MXYCM2/ref=olp_product_details?ie=UTF8&me=&seller= I purchased it to replace my Olevia 32 inch, mostly got it since it had 1080p and seemed to have good video quality based on videos I saw.
I've heard good things about Toshiba LCD TV's. However, if you can find this TV, pick it up. Its picture is comparable to Sony's 32" XBR set. I picked mine up at Best Buy for roughly $600 less than what Amazon's asking for. http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-TC-...1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1207419200&sr=1-1
Nope, it's terrible. You should dispose of it immediately by shipping it to my address. Toshiba usually makes good stuff. If I bought a new TV it's by either Sharp, Toshiba, or Samsung I think.
True that 32 inch is about medium size nowadays, but I did not have much cash and just wanted something that could do 1080p.
The only problem with it is the resolution (similar to other LCDs), there are only 768 lines of resolution, which means it can only faithfully display up to 720p, 1080p must be scaled down to at most 768 lines.
