This is unusual how? I can think of three others that can be put into his category that have new memberships here. Hopefully he acts in accordance with the rules.

 

I agree... this isn't the first time and it won't be the last.

This also brings me back to my age old arguement of 'Why have rules if you don't enforce them'?

 

New membership (therefore "hiding" and not saying its you) and being back with assemblers blessing and flaunting it in peoples faces (which is what gman instantly did in his first post) are quite different imo.

yes but gman was banned for scamming (and clearly didnt show any remorse) whereas other members couldve been banned for things like racism, fighting with admins, and other more minor infractions. If you're a scammer, you should not be allowed to continue a membership here. simple as that.

personally i dont care if Assembler let him back in or not, it wont affect my day in the slightest its more what Kiff was saying about the rules not being enforced

I couldn't care less about Gman coming back either and as assembler has told me before, 'it's his forum and he can do whatever he likes' but it strikes me as double standards when a rule is enforced for one person and not for someone else. Why even have rules at all?

whats the point? if theirs a poll and the majority say they want him out are you going to kick him out again? dont you think you should have done the poll yourself first if thats how you wanted it to be done?

seems very unfair to Gman for you to say he can come back and then tell others to do a poll to see if he should be kicked out again?? i mean wtf goes on in your head at times

 

What got him banned in the first place, only mention is above about scamming some one? Did they get there money back? Was there a feedback thread?
