Funny you should mention it, when MR. Casual called me the Jack Thomson of the GLBT rights, then I must laugh now. Since sorry to bring old shit up, that is obsolete, and gone. If I was the Jack Thomson, of the GLBT rights, then I would have sued over the atlantic ocean so many times . So I would have been famous that way. It doesn't mention any money exchanging hands at all. What looks more likely is that Thompson was facing federal harrassment and contempt-of-court charges, and so he wisely backed down and made an agreement out of court.
