Thought of a really cool idea for the Everdrive MD (Sega CD saving?)

As you all know, having a Sega CD can be a pain because of the expense of the RAM cart for it. I don't even know if this is technically possible, but is there any way through a firmware update for the EverDrive to also act like a SegaCD save/RAM cart? I would imagine you can thus save way more games to the EverDrive than you'd be able to with the official SegaCD RAM cart. Just a thought. It would make the EverDrive even more completely awesome! :flamethrower:

This would be something I would definitely like.

    <EDIT> Doh! Beaten by 8bitplus...

I already mentioned the idea to KRIKzz a while ago :-
Everdrive-MD does not have more RAM than official Sega 'CD Backup RAM Cart', but it also would not rely on a battery power to keep save files like official cart, and also you could probably backup save files to SD card for practically infinite storage space :)

You need a special rom that would once you insert card could communicate form cart to seg cd console and vice versa. I think this can be done in future.
