Today I went to TGS for the first time (I forgot about it last year)! It was awesome to finally be there! It was certainly the year of VR! My highlight was definitely the Occlus Rift, it gave me a sense of "presence" I've never felt in a game before. It certainly helped that the character's hands were in the same place your real hands are when you rest your hands on your knees when holding a controller. But it still has room for improvement. There's still a noticeable screen door effect, as well as some moire due to the lenses being plastic. But yeah, it's certainly all there and working fine, after many false-starts, VR is finally here! Anyway, photos!
Cool. I've been watching it live on YouTube. Not sure if it's Japan exclusive or not but here's the live video stream. Now playing replays from today. Should look like this just incase you are getting a blank screen (It may be for Japan IP viewing only)
I was thinking about going, but I couldn't be fucked honestly. I knew I wouldn't really get to play/see much.
Thanks for sharing these awesome pictures! I`m sure you also have alot of goodies? mind to share what you got?
Didn't have much cash on me at the time, so I didn't get anything. I would probably have picked up some of the retro Sega marchandise though! Picture? That's no billboard, it was live video! The griffin would move around and interact with people standing in front of him. That was the only "Last Guardian" stuff they had at TGS sadly.
My fault, I phrased my question incorrectly haha. I knew that, I was just curious what your picture was showing/representing. Oh okay, Last Guardian. Very cool. I'm pretty excited for that game.
