Dunno if it is just me, but I slowly begin to feel overwhealmed every time I hit the Off-Topic area. 30 Threads are displayed on one page with my settings, 13 are stickies. Considering that about half of these stickies did not receive new posts withing 2-8 weeks, I'd say that 5 stickies are well enough for keeping important / very frequented topics artificially in the competitive range. Everything else will stay alive just as well without maintaining the sticky-advantage.
I was actually looking at this the other day and thinking of what to unstick! I just could decide what to get rid of plus i forgot to bring it up with the other moderators. So people pick what you want gone.
Ive moved a couple of stickies to this forum for now. The User related ones as they go with this forums user introduction thread. I will talk to ASSEMbler about a slight restructure in the forums as well.
Mine can go as soon as I get the DHL nightmare sorted. I am determined to resolve it this coming week.
