you don't need to spend 300+
    buy something like this
    https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Electri...150554?hash=item2cc525cf9a:g:suwAAOSw90xaqPfS

I use a station like this at home for 5+ years and never had a problem with it, it uses a common shape handle, so it fits in those cheap clamps.
It's a little funny, at work I use one of those really cheap $60 (non diaphragm type) ones, they are rubbish, both (different models) CRASH!
The auto sleep function, if you put the handle down and activate sleep mode too often, will lock up the machine at max air and a random temp.
Auto sleep is handy but scary as you can forget the station is on.

Jaycar in Australia sell this unit (rebranded) with the jaycar tax :p

For irons, don't get a cheap $40 one, the new TS100 (look on Bangood.com) looks really good and there is even custom firmware to use JBC tips (with hardware modification)

I hate to dampen your spirits but if you are looking to get into reballing consoles, don’t bother.
9/10 times cpu and gpu faults happen between the die and pcb substrate of the processor package.
It rarely is the BGA, that’s why disconnecting the fans or using a hair dryer fixes fault Xbox 360’s

A logic probe could be a good item to get too
