Hi Everyone, So I noted that from the new user registration FAQ it says that use of TOR or VPN's are liable to be banned/blocked. I suppose there isn't really a way to avoid this? The reason I ask is because I know people who frequently travel to countries which don't have open Internet (Ie. China, etc) and they use VPN's or TOR to get around censorship and stuff. I guess technically, it isn't banned, but if you get auto-moderated your out of luck?
