blackcats occasionally has open registration. (and i used to be e-VIP at UG too, life is full of regrets)
and romshepherd has a public forum, but private tracker side.
would give invite but i've requested my account to be blacklisted by the site staffs, so the automated site routines IGNORE my account upon invite distribution...at BCG.
(no invited to my name, i gaff about track record, apologies)

I thought I would ask again, does anyone have an invite for black cats games? I have invites for animebytes. I also have invites for a few nzb indexer sites too.

 

Don't hold your breath. Been a member there since early '13 and haven't been allocated a single invite.

 

I'd be thankful for that. Sadly can't help you for BC though

 

Looks like I'll have to wait till they are open again :/.
