Tower of Radia (Radia Senki US Proto)

First of all, I apologize in advance if this is actually common knowledge or something and I'm just way behind the times, but I figured I'd give it a shot.

Is anyone familiar with the Famicom RPG Radia Senki by Tecmo? There was a fan translation some years ago, but it just so happens that the game was planned for an official English release! I'm well aware that a proto of this game has been discovered, but it's current whereabouts are unknown. Anyway, I happened to find a place online where it was up for download and... well... downloaded it. I went back later, only to discover that the file had been taken down from the place I downloaded it from. Googling hasn't brought up any other sites that might have it. I figured it'd be best if I shared it here, seeing as it was hell to find in the first place, and I guess we'll see where things go from here.
