Forgive me if this isn't in the right area, but this seems to be t he most fitting place to put a topic like this. While most people here will know me from my work with Sonic Retro, I also do academic research on video games and their cultural impacts. Part of what I'm taking a look into is the presentation of sexuality (and its censorship) in video games in the pre-ESRB era (think 1980-1995, but I won't exactly turn away newer material.) That being said, I'm very interested in obtaining any sort of documentation on the translation and localization of video games during this time related to sexual content. Any official guidelines written up by publishers this time on standards would be extremely helpful as well. If any of you could point me in the direction of someone who may have these notes or documents, I would greatly appreciate it. I can give some monetary compensation, but not a ton; you'll also be given special thanks in an academic journal, if that's your cup of tea.
