I was wondering if you fellows would know if Tri-Sync chassis has auto-center function? So I wouldn't have to rotate screws each time I change a JAMMA board?

Tri-sync is 15kHz, 25kHz and 31(+)kHz. That's it, it accepts multiple frequencies. They're also bloody expensive.

No, you're basically stuck adjusting controls if you want it perfect. Why not make the picture a little bit smaller? You should be able to find a happy compromise.

*EDIT* In case you're not aware, JAMMA games are 15kHz. That's it. You don't need a tri-sync monitor unless you're using something newer... e.g. Naomi, and then you won't have the right PSU anyway.

Decent arcade monitors have remote boards with the adjustment pots on them, so you can mount them somewhere easy to access (e.g. inside the coin door). Makes the adjustments really easy.
