I'm going to join the skeptics. This is probably more of a mental thing than anything. If you go into this REALLY hoping it will work and are 100% certain that it will affect you in some way, then it will probably 'work.' However, if you are uncertain or flat out skeptical it will probably do nothing.
I agree with AWS. But this is how I thought it would work from the start. I mean, has anyone here ever had an out of body experience? State of mind is where it's at. All in all the 'doses' themselves probably do very little, but if they help you reach a meditative or psychoactive state that you are searching for then I think they have done their job. Just don't be fooled into thinking that you are getting all of the fun of recreational drugs without the expense and risk of losing your job.
Haven't you read the Out-of-Body dose description? Helps for meditation, never said it would give you an out-of-body experience, just helps.
