Trying to find name of arcade game

I am trying to figure out the name of an arcade game i played.

I played it at Six Flags Darien Lake in NY some time between 2001-2004

It was a flying type game, in perhaps a helicopter/plane combo
It is in 3d, and involved flying though rings and popping ballons but not entirely sure. I believe it was played standing up but had a rather large cabinet.

Please help me!

The Name of the game is Prop cycle.

 

That's a Namco game, BTW

 

I clearly recall a SEGA logo all over tha place

 

Prop cycle, the one with the yellow bike, I dont remember if it was namco's but I know it wasnt from SEGA.
