Trying to identify an older Japanese song!

Hey Everyone,

I'm trying to identify the song that's being played in this clip here:

I suspect its "長崎は今日も雨だった" based on the lyrics of the page? But I can't find any audio that matches the tune unfortunately so maybe I got the song wrong? Or it's a different mix?

I can see from the card listing (series #2) a bunch of song names (

), but non of the clips I've found sound similar to the intro played above. Maybe someone who is native to Japan, or lives there recognizes the song? I'm hoping it's a rather classic / well known tune. (^_^);
