Trying to save a video. Need help.

Can anyone help me save/capture a video from Comedy Central's Daily Show?

Managed to find the videoplayer only link (with no other stuff being loaded) but even then i can't seem to be able to download it.

No idea what to save them with though, haven't done that in a while. I'd try mplayer on Linux, and I remember having used HiDownload on Windows to grab streams of all kinds.

I've tried to download it with a Google Chrome extension, but with no luck. Maybe you'll need to record the video with Fraps (or other capture software).

From what I read, RTMPE is encrypted so you might have to go through the 'analog hole'

 

Tried it for like 40 minutes with rtmpdump, rtmpdumphelper, daily-show-downloader.sh etc...
Sorry, but I give up. Seems to be more complex than I thought. But rtmpdump should be the way to go.

 

Erm, can you not just grab a torrent of it?

 

I wonder if I could use my game capture device to grab this from my computer running it at full screen...
