    Hi all.

Is it possible to use tunneling software to connect two dev kits online together without going via partnernet/xbox live?

Simply put I've kept my Dev Kit (bought off someone from here) offline as soon as I learned about the fuse blowing/bricking/banning sessions and was hoping I could bypass going anywhere near their servers yet get functional online multiplayer going.

So is this possible? And if you CAN do the above via tunneling software on a dev kit, can MS still brick/ban my dev kit if I'm not logging onto their server?

    Many thanks.

Just remove R6T3 and backup your nand. You should be able to go on PNET fine.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I really have no intent on opening my Dev Kit up! I've spent too much money on it and rely on it far too much for games magazine work to fuck it up by mistake.

Get a JTAG modder to do it for you. It is honestly the most simple mod possible and there is absolutely no way it could fuck it up. Backing up your nand can be done from freestyledash as well.

you could use xboxconnect or xlink but removing r6t3 seems the safest thing todo i already lost 1 kit to pnet from faulishness the secound time i took no chances went overkill i think r6t3, multiple nand backups, cpukey write protection on the nand. all i can say aslong as your not stupid you wont get bricked.

(sorry is spelling is crap lack of google chrome due to it making pc crash right now :'( )

I'd recommend xlink, but I'd remove the r6t3 anyways and it's really not that hard to do.
