Last I heard that guy quit working on the stuff....ask Aaron at PCEnginefx.com or try the boards over there....can usually get an answer relatively quick... sorry not to be much help.
afaik D-Lite is the man to go for when you need repair job for anything to do with Turbo Duo/PCE stuff... over PCEngine FX forum he just posted about the fix on TE and possible fix on Tubo Duo/PCE Duo audio issue... And I had my SGX mod'd by him last year... top block I'd say...
