TurboDuo/PC Engine reasonable price with mods.

So next month i'll have an additional 4 to 500 or so to buy something and I was wondering if it was reasonable to think that with some patient searching, I could find either a PC engine or turboduo that had already been region modded and new caps installed (maybe even rgb modded) for $400 to $450.00? Seems to be around 450 or more on eBay for that but, well..we all know how Ebay can be.

Normally i'd just get one and change it myself but I already have so much to work on, was hoping this would be the one thing I'd be able to get already modded and ready to go.

 

Keith Courage over at the pcenginefx forums sells recapped Duos for $225. With a region mod, I assume it would still be under $300.
