    1.) Does it use Stereo?

2.) Since I don't have a Video Cable anymore, is there any way to build/solder one myself? A tutorial or diagram would be great :)

    Thanks in advance.

    1) I think there are some models that can do stereo, but they are very rare and the games weren't programmed to do stereo sound anyway.

    2) I added AV cables to my Sega Master System. You might want to do the same: http://www.smspower.org/smscartpad/av.htm

I own a Japanese Master System which has the built in FM sound chip that western models don't but I'm pretty sure that doesn't even do Stereo so I can't see any western model being able to.

    Master System can't do stereo.

No stereo. To be blunt, the western SMS has pretty poor sound quality to begin with...very bell-like tinny sound to be exact.

You can also use the video cable and RF box from a Sega Mega Drive/Genesis on a SMS.

Yes, it was a Brazilian model. I remember they had a pink one as well.
