I look in "buyer tools" and I see how to monitor all sorts of things with my phone or my firefox toolbar or all sorts of gimmickry.

All I want to do is get an email every time someone lists a new item with "string" in the title.

How do I set this up ?

    Thanks.

The search tool has a save search function, that you can setup to send you such emails - however, it only runs once every 24 hours (usually sometime in the USA AM), so it's not going to typically bag you any bargains before anyone else - still useful, though.

Yeah, think about what stress it would put on the system if it had to look all the time to see if an item has been listed with a particular keyword, and then e-mail you? Also, think about how quickly your inbox would fill up!!! Repeat for several million users.....

It only sends you one email per day retro and not all the items only like the 8 most recently added at time of search.
