UK Colecovision?

Hey there,

Was the Colecovision ever released in the UK? Wikipedia suggests it was but I have never seen one that used PAL.

 

A friend of mine had a Colecovision here in Australia when I was a kid, and I presume it was PAL because this was before the prevalence of multi-format TVs here.
