I had XP running on it, but I'm not a server guy. I tried to get Win Server 2k3 to install but alas, no luck. I don't think its me, but sold as only partly working): £25 - Sold!

1 x Mac Mini (887mhz, Can be overclocked, 1GB ram, 40GB HDD, (I had it at 1.1ghz but mucked up the soldering job so I soldered it back to 887mhz, easy job to overclock to 1.57GHz if you can solder (G4 not Core2Duo) comes boxed with charger and install CD's): £100 - Sold!

I've also got a box of DS Parts including Two screens, a case and some other bits: £15.
