    There's no minimum requirements for WTB requests.

    You may want to search in the Marketplace forum; some users offer services (not sure if any of them are currently doing PS2 modchip install, but you could still give it a try).

    Are you offering the service yourself or asking for someone to perform the service for you?

    If your asking then contact bad_ad84, he is your man in the UK for this.
    If you are offering the service then you will need to abide by the marketplace rules!
