    It's just an adapter and unrelated to the ultra 64 other than name.

    Most likely a (purely mechanical) adapter to play JP games on US consoles, or the other way around. Saves you removing the tabs from the cart slot.

    The cart is only for playing JP games on American N64's.
    There are also many other Nintendo64 (Ultra 64) Dev carts on eBay. (Laughs)

    As much as this was a fail, we also have an eBay thread in the marketplace.

    After hours of removing said bubblegum out of the lock, I can now lock the thread.
