i read online that using UMDGen you can delete videos from a psp iso to save space

so i deleted the the videos from Need for Speed Underground Rivals as they where just intro videos and i saved 24mb of space

but when i run the game on my psp it comes up loading says ea games challenge everything then shows public service announcement screen then after like 10sec psp just turns off

    why is this

Perhaps it crashes. Not all games are going to tolerate you deleting files it wants. If you really mean 24MB, that's hardly worth saving. Maybe you mean 240MB?

You can't delete videos. You can swap in smaller videos in their place but you can't just straight up delete the file. Games will handle the missing file differently (ignore it, display an error or simply crash).
