Unibios Serial Number

Hi

I purchased a AES with Unibios 3.0

it was modded by console passion as it says their name on it upon load

I asked the seller and they confirm it was console passion

only thing is I want to upgrade but don't have the chip serial

where do I find that

I have asked seller and they don't have it either but did say they will try ask console passion for it

Serial number is where it says console passion. So if you dont have it and its not on the console, then you are out of luck.

 

is there a way I can freeze the screen to get a better look as it goes real fast

 

Record a video then slow the video down? Might take a couple of tries.

Looks like the chip is a FAKE

that's really scary considering Console Passion is on the verified list

Do chips themselves have a serial? I just bought a few chips, I didn't get any serial info with them.

You should probably talk to Razoola about this.......

 

im not sure how it works but razoola has stated that all legitimate chips should come with serial numbers

they are then verified that you have legit chips

what I don't know is if that serial is within the bios data, written on the chip or just a serial number allocated to you during purchase and added to a database of customers



one thing that worried me actually is that the BIOS shows "A Consoel Passion Mod!" in the splash

this has to be console passion messing with the bios to add that

maybe that's screwed the bios data up

I see on his site a non serial upgrade is 18 Euros, so will buy direct and wont have all the other rubbish but pure Razoola BIOS

 

The serial is displayed on boot, like I said above. If your unit has no serial, raz assigns you one. I'd message raz about it. But sounds like it's probably the free version of 3.0 with the free version text swapped to console passion.

In which case you arent entitled to the upgrade anyway

You don't necessarily need the S/N for your console. When you order it from raz's website, the S/N is optional.

 

You are missing the point. If you have a serial that's already bought Unibios from him, you get a cheaper upgrade.

 

i email Raz and he said take out chip and look underneath

and low and behold

there it is

looks like I will get my 5Euro upgrade after all

Razoola has approved the chip and will be sending it off Monday along with my 5 Euros

 

Razoola has updated the bios and it will be sent back to me tmoz

hopefully I will get it back after xmas

cant wait
