Unique promotional copy of Millenium Soldier Expendable (PAL)

This week I stumbled upon a unique promotional copy of 'Millenium Soldier Expendable' for Dreamcast in a slimline CD-case with inlay and retail disc (830-0034-50 / T-15101D-50). In all my years of Dreamcast collection I have never seen anything like this, and based on the quality of the inlay (and the perforated folding line) I'm convinced this is the real deal and not some home-made effort.







Has anyone seen something like this before?

 

Could be a review copy, or it could be a retail disc stuck inside a store display case, i seem to remember some stores using display cases like that around that time.

 

Ive seen "promo" " free" games like that in Game years ago

 

Perhaps this is the reason why no one have ever seen a white label of Millenium Soldier.
They just printed this "special" cover and shipped it. Very small run?! UK only?!

Interesting item but not much worth I guess. It's the retail disc.

 

I seen one on ebay this week, I was gonna bid on it but I forgot

 

I was also thinking about that theory, never seen a white label for this game!
