I bought this dreamcast game a few days ago on ebay. The seller said that he don't know the name of the game. He said that it has something to do with the former Sega president I originally thought that must be Segagaga, but I'm not sure anymore. The cover looks totally different from Segagaga and there is a 'not for sale' sticker on the backside. The game is still sealed and I don't want to open it, until I know what game it is. Does anybody know something about this game? Is it a good game or did I waste my money?
I see if from time to time, it is not rare I guess. It 'bla bla treasure hunt' you need to hunt for treasure with that SEGA president. Back in the day you could earn real prizes with it. It's funny to see, but not really a fun 'game'.
It's called "Yukawa Moto Senmu no Otakara Sagashi". You play as SEGAs old president and do some company management, maybe you are more successful than he was? ^^ It also had some online functions for a little competition with other SEGA presidents as well as great VMU support. Not as rare as SGGG though which is a completely different game btw. I'd say 15€ are ok for Otakara Sagashi, even if its new. As far as I know theres a much rarer version out there although both were hibaihins / NFS. The rarer one was included with some Dreamcast systems in the beginning of 2001 I believe but don't take this as confirmed. /edit These are all versions of Segagaga available: Later normal jewelcase-release: First Release (available only vie DDirect), came in an unique DVD-style case: This was the version that was included in the famous and great limited box... (Thanks Yakumo^^)
I will u/l the picture of the ltd box set that I recently unearthed from my junk when I get home tonight... ^ ^
