It adds split screen mode to the PS3 game and a new mod browser. Also, apparently the console version of the Titan pack is PS3 only, due to XB Live size limits on downloads.
You forgot PC. =) The update kicks ass, also makes the front end a lot snazzier. Really love this game, just don't know anyone who fucking has it and the 360 version is really crappy. I also noticed one thing is that the PC one had kind of stupid gore/gib effects, compared to Gears of War and stuff, but the 360 one didn't. They were a lot nicer, and the titan pack seemed to have added that to the PC one. Before they just kind of fell into red clumps, now there red clumps with bones and stuff like Gears. It's actually because a lot of the stuff in the titan pack was included in the 360 version, but the remaining stuff, yeah, there's a size limit on auto updates, which is stupid because it seems they could just stick them up as DLC. Regardless, I don't think anyone plays it because it's just plain not very good on 360. That's one game I will say will always be better on a PC. Supposedly the PS3 one was slowed down too? I know you can use keyboard and mouse but good god it's slow. It just turns into flak cannon wars.
I have the PC version. Haven't re-installed it yet. I played it earlier before my hard drive went out. I kinda liked it I guess, I still think I like TF2 more.
I've not played the PS3 version, in the end i bought the PC one. Is it really that slow? I guess it is harder to play on a joypad - it's the main reason I always get a PC version if I can. I know you can play with mouse and keyboard on the PS3, but it's not something you can do on your lap really.
It's pretty slow, the pace is just off vs the PC one, and yeah, unless your on a phantom lapboard it's probably wierd. It really is just better on the PC any way you slice it but the PS3 one is probably the closest. On a controller it always ends up being a flak cannon battle because it's really hard to aim or do stuff such as shock wave combos etc.
