Hmm, the first list looks wrong but from the second list herE's what I think actually did get released in Japan.

Boku Yumei no Meijin (Fujicom) or Boku Yumei no Tatsujin (Fujicom) was released.

Cho Hamaru Golf - pretty sure this became NET De Golf. Both games look almost the same.

Code Breaker - if he means the action replay thing then that also got released.

Jissen Pachi-Slot Hisshouhou! - was released. I have it.

Prism Heart - was released. I have this too

SEGA Worldwide Soccer 2001 - was released as Spectacular Soccer in Japan.

Tako no Marine - pretty sure this was released. The cover has a big red octopus on it.

Troya see Sekai Fushigi Hakken! Troya - was released and again I own it.

I've yet to see a so called unreleased games list that doesn't have mistakes.

Well, an old issue of the Official Dreamcast Magazine did show Halo and Midtown Madness (complete with a screenshot of MM) as coming soon for the DC.
I know that Halo wasn't actually in development for the DC as Bungie would have confirmed it after all this time, but MM was kind of surprising considering it later became one of the premier Xbox Live games of 2002.

This one is pretty rare, isn't it? I wasn't able to spot it neither on yahoo nor on ebay or somewhere. How much did you pay for it? :O

Heres the only bit I found out about it:

Nah, it's not rare at all. I paid something like 500 yen for mine. It isn't very common though but by no means rare since nobody wants it. I think my local has a copy for 800 yen.

I've seen Halo mentioned as a possible console exclusive for Dreamcast (in addition to the planned original Mac version) far too many times for this to be purely coincidental, and considering how close Sega and Microsoft once were I'm certain there probably was a degree of truth to this rumour at some point. However, the relationship didn't really go much further than Sega's continued use of the Windows CE OS, which never really took off with developers following the poor results of early titles such as Sega Rally 2 and Virtua Cop 2 that utilised this platform in favour of Sega's own superior programming tools.

With pics too? if it was a mag could you scan those?

And I think MS just used the DC to know how to make a console of their own. They did that with a lot of other companies too...

They did it most with the Controller and the online Interface. Xbox = better Dreamcast in those things.
