Found a really big lot of proto's in the wild today (first time ever!) I am not sure about these if these were released: Beach Volley - Taito (gameboy) Irem Cycle Grand Prix - Irem (gameboy) Cross Fire - Hal (nes ntsc) Crackout - Palcom (nes ntsc) Sunman - Sunsoft (nes pal)
Sunman wasn't released but it was fully playable albiet never announced somebody else found it though and I think there is a rom on the net. But this is still a cool find its really rare to find protos in the wild How much did you pay? or did you find them and not buy? just wondering.
I've dumped protos of Sunman, Crackout and Cross Fire before. With the obvious exception of Sunman, both Crackout and Cross Fire are identical to their released coutnerparts (Europe and Japan, respectively). My Crackout said NTSC also, but it actually isn't. Any other cool finds in your stash? EDIT: I noticed Pac-Man 2 on your list! Did you happen to give it a spin yet? Early magazine previews were so different from the final that it was practically a different game, and being that it's one of my favorite games of all-time, I'd like to know if any older versions are out there.
